Estimate your Blood Alcohol Content using the Widmark formula.
This is an educational estimate only. Individual results vary widely. Never drink and drive regardless of your estimated BAC.
1 standard drink = 14g alcohol (12 oz beer, 5 oz wine, 1.5 oz spirits)
This calculator uses the Widmark formula to estimate your Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) based on your gender, body weight, number of standard drinks consumed, and time elapsed. The Widmark formula accounts for the different water content in male and female bodies, and subtracts a standard metabolism rate of 0.015% per hour to model how your body processes alcohol over time.
This is an educational estimate only. Actual BAC varies with food intake, medication, tolerance, hydration, and individual metabolism. Never use this tool to decide whether it is safe to drive.
