Builds a PDF in your browser with one page per image, in the order shown in the grid. Each image is drawn onto its page inside the margins, either fitted whole or filling the page, and stored as JPEG at the quality you choose so the file stays reasonable. The page can be a standard paper size in portrait or landscape, Auto to match each image, or Fit image, which makes every page exactly the size of its picture with no white space, the way scanning apps do.
Twelve phone photos of a signed contract, 4032 × 3024 each and 3 MB apiece, become a 12-page A4 PDF of about 4.5 MB at quality 88 with 10 mm margins, because each page is re-rendered at 300 dpi for A4 rather than embedded at full size. The same twelve with Fit image and quality 75 give a 2.9 MB file whose pages are the photos themselves. A single 1200 × 1600 receipt scan on Letter comes out at roughly 210 KB.
Use it when someone asks for a PDF instead of a pile of images: a scanned form, receipts for an expense claim, a photo report, a portfolio. Straighten and trim the scans first with Rotate Image and Crop Image, since the PDF keeps whatever you give it. If the file must be tiny, run the images through Image Compressor first or drop the quality slider; if you already have a PDF and need to add pages, this tool starts from images only.
Page size sets the paper; Fit image removes the paper entirely and sizes each page to its picture. Orientation Auto turns wide photos to landscape and tall ones to portrait per page. Margin is in millimetres and applies on all sides. Fit whole image never crops but may leave white bands; Fill the page covers the content area and trims the overflow evenly. Image quality is the JPEG setting inside the PDF: 80 to 90 is fine for reading on screen, 95 for print. Page colour fills the paper and any transparent areas of PNGs. The Order chips sort by file name, by the date the file was last changed, or reverse the current order.
Why is the PDF smaller than my photos put together? Pages are rendered at 300 dpi for the chosen paper size, so a 12-megapixel photo is stored at about 2500 × 3500 pixels instead of 4000 × 3000, and re-encoded at the quality you set. Use Fit image and quality 100 if you need the pixels untouched.
Can I mix portrait and landscape pages? Yes. Set Orientation to Auto and each page turns to suit its image, or use Fit image so every page is exactly the image's shape.
How do I change the page order? Drag the handle in the corner of any thumbnail, or use the Order chips to sort by name or date. The number on each thumbnail is its page number.
Is the PDF made on a server? No. The PDF is assembled in your browser with a small library that loads only when you click Download. Your images never leave the device.
