Type a top and bottom line, pick Impact or another font, and download a classic meme from your own picture. A caption-bar style is included for the modern look.
Takes any picture and writes two captions on it in the traditional meme style: bold white letters, a black outline, centred at the top and the bottom, wrapped onto several lines when the sentence is long. The text size is a percentage of the picture height, so a phone screenshot and a wide desktop image both come out readable. The caption bar style instead adds a white strip above the picture with black text, the format most common on social feeds today, and leaves the photo itself untouched.

The top line is too long for one row and wraps to two; the bottom line sits 3 % above the edge. Saved as JPEG at quality 92 the file is roughly 210 KB, small enough for any chat app. Switch to Caption bar with a 3-line joke and the image grows to 1080 × 1430 with the text on white above it.
Use it for reaction images, group-chat jokes, presentation gags and social posts. If you need the text somewhere other than top and bottom, or a smaller caption in a corner, use Add Text, which has a nine-position anchor. Crop first with Crop Image if the photo has empty space that makes the joke land badly; square or 4:5 usually works best in feeds. Memes do not need many pixels: run the result through Image Compressor if a platform complains about the size.
Classic writes over the photo; Caption bar writes above it. ALL CAPS is on by default because that is the convention; turn it off for a caption-bar post. Size is relative to the picture height; 9 % is the usual look, 6 % for long sentences. Outline is relative to the letter size so it scales with the text; set it to 0 for a clean modern style. Edge margin keeps the text off the border. Long lines wrap automatically at 94 % of the width.
Where are the meme templates? This tool works on your own pictures. The best-known templates are copyrighted images we would rather not host; save one from the source you have the right to use, then drop it here.
Why is Impact the default font? Impact with a black outline is the look people recognise as a meme, and it stays readable over almost any photo. Any of the other fonts works too.
Can I use more than two lines? Yes. Press Enter inside the top or bottom box to force a line break, and long sentences wrap on their own.
Does anything get uploaded? No. The picture and the text stay in your browser; nothing is sent to a server.
